Our Product Tag Policy / Order Cancellation 


All products sold at www.silversplash925.com are covered under our 7 Day Replacement warranty after the customer receives the product. Notify us of problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of receipt of product, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at cs@silversplash925.com or call us on +91 8824451155, within 7 days from the date of receipt. The defective product or part will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

The following products shall not be eligible for replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Warranty:

·          Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product or to the included accessories, etc.

·          Any product that has been washed, dropped, perfumed, worn, etc.

·          Any product not in its original condition.

·          Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

·          Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

TAG POLICY: OUR EVERY PRODUCT HAS TAGS IN THEM, IF THE TAGS ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, TAGS ARE BROKEN, DAMAGED, TORN, UNATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT, ETC. WE WILL CONSIDER THE WARRANTY AS VOID. great way to catch your reader's attention is to tell a story. Everything you consider writing can be told as a story. 

Order Cancelation

Though the Silver Splash website itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 99288 33114, at the earliest (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount as Silver Splash Credits.

We will deduct 10% of article value as reckoning fees in all cases.

Cancellation before product has shipped: 

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped: 

If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, then we will deduct shipping charges, handling charges, insurance charges and payment gateway charges and refund the remaining amount of money within 15 days from date of cancelation.

Cancelation after the product is received by the customer: 

We do not allow cancelation.
