CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
Gold & Diamond Jewellery - You surely can. Any product bought from this website comes with a lifetime exchange guarantee. Silver Jewellery - The lifetime exchange guarantee is not offered on the silver jewellery collection. You can only return the silver jewellery purchased within the first 30 days from the date of delivery if the product is unused and not damaged.
I RECEIVED THE RING BUT LOOKS LIKE IT IS NOT A PERFECT FIT. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
We understand that knowing your perfect ring size can be a task. Therefore, we provide you the option to get your ring resized for free with us. If your ring is not a perfect fit, a pickup can be arranged from your home. Once the ring is received at our workshop, we would do everything required to make sure that your precious little things sit perfectly on your beautiful fingers. Once we are sure that we have the correctly sized ring for you, we will again ship the product back to you with insurance.
IS THERE ANY PROVISION TO RETURN THE PRODUCT IN CASE I WANTED TO?
We exercise a friendly No-Questions-Asked return policy to allow you the comfort to experience our products. We believe 30 days is a comfortable period to get to understand the product and decide if it's up to your liking or not. You can exchange any products (provided it's not customized, custom-made or you weren't already informed that the ordered product cannot be returned) bought from this website at 100% of the invoice price within 30 days of the receipt of the product. After 30 days, you would have to use the lifetime exchange option for gold and diamond jewellery. Silver jewellery does not fall under the lifetime exchange guarantee.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE?
During returns & exchange, it is mandatory that the product be in perfectly intact condition along with the certificates & bill issued along with it. Gold & Diamond Jewellery - Normal wear and tear of the product is acceptable for exchange requests only. On return requests, it is required that the product be accompanied with the tags, bills & certificates issued with it. The products that are not in ideal condition shall be duly inspected and appraised at our laboratory before disclosing the return value of the product at that point of time. Silver Jewellery - Raise a return request by contacting the customer support. The order will be picked up by SILVER SLASH's logistic partners and upon receiving the returned product in our warehouse, the refund would be initiated to the original payment source. For COD orders, bank account details matching the same first name and last name as the order billing details is important.
HOW WILL I BE COMPENSATED FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE? HOW WILL REFUNDS BE PROCESSED AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? RETURNS:
Once the returned order is received in our warehouse, it will be checked for its completeness within 1 day. We will check the product for any damage, intentional abuse, missing stones, diamonds, chipped metals, intentional deep scratches, etc. Products that pass this check would be applicable for 100% of the refund amount back to the source of payment. For COD orders, bank account details matching the same first name and last name as the order billing details is important. Damaged items would need to be appraised for the loss of value and the same would be passed on to the customer. In such cases, proofs will be provided by SILVER SLASH showing the sent product packing video and received product unpacking video. We encourage customers to keep photos and videos of the return packing of the order for their reference.

After the receipt of the product at the workshop, the product will be checked and appraised for its fair value under prevailing market prices. The exchange value will be determined by deducting the making charges, the taxes, the pickup charges, and the charges for missing or damaged metal or stones. A proforma credit note will be provided for reference when the exchange request is placed. On agreeing to the proforma credit note, the product will be picked up by SILVER SLASH. Upon receiving the product back in the warehouse, a final credit note will be issued as per the current date which will be final and binding. If you wish to cancel the exchange request after receiving the final credit note, the pickup and delivery charge needs to be paid by you before the product can be shipped back to you again. If you proceed with the exchange request, a credit note voucher code will be issued to you with a validity of 6 months. You can buy any product on our website, excluding gold coins, silver coins, solitaires, gold chains using that voucher code.
